It's August already. Oh how time flies! Soon it will be Christmas once again. A time for giving, receiving, loving and forgiving. The traditional Christmas shopping is one of the things that excite me about the occasion. My question is, when do you start your Christmas shopping?

Are you like me who starts on the month of December itself? The number of my inaanaks is limited and so I am not that pressured to buy gifts in advance. As for my family, sometimes I just give them cash so they could just buy what they want. Isn't that wise? I think so. Haha.

When it comes to gifts for children, I usually go to Divisoria (despite the big crowd there). I get some toys of various kinds. There are educational toys that can help kids on their studies. Sometimes I get outdoor toys for kids to enjoy outside under the sun. Other times I just get some creative toys or even board games. They are good learning materials for kids, without taking the element of fun from them.

Christmas shopping is really fun, especially if you have the money for it. Good thing I still have time to save up because as I've said, my Christmas shopping starts late. :)

I start buying Christmas gifts in October, because I don't like it when expenses pile up in December, haha.

I think the earlier the better, to avoid the rush.

although I would really like to do it early, there'd always be a last minute shopping for those I forget. Its becoming habitual but somehow, I love the rush of last minute shopping!
