I went to work today despite the fact that I was not feeling well due to my runny nose and dry cough (what a terrible combination!). It didn’t help that my eyes couldn’t stand looking at the PC monitor for a long time. I’m glad to have managed finishing our DTR though, which was already due for submission this week. After Shy (the only person who didn’t get retained in the office) left, I was the one who took over most of her tasks.
This is the 3rd day I’m sick. I’m thankful it doesn’t develop to flu. Or at least, not yet. I have faith in the anti-flu vaccine I got two months ago. I believe it won’t let me get the dreaded flu. I don’t want to miss work and I don’t want to stay in bed for days. These are the reasons why I still go to work despite my being sick. Or maybe, I just don’t want to miss being online.
Here’s hoping to my fast recovery! Achooooooo! Oooopppps, sorry. :(
