My mom's sunglasses, which my sister gave to her last summer, have been lost recently. She loved her shades so much because she thought it suited her small nose. Up to this day, she still thinks it had been stolen and not just misplaced somewhere. It's hard to point fingers to random people, though. But if my mom's instincts were right, the culprit was a kiddo and she's a relative of ours.

So what should a good daughter do? Well, I just promised my dear mother that I'll get her a good pair of UV filtering sunglasses. Her face lighted up in an instant. My mom hates being exposed to the sun so she always makes it a point to get as much sun protection as possible. And since I'll be doing some sunglasses shopping one of these days, I might as well get myself a nice pair of aviator sunglasses to complete my summer ensembles for our Ilocos getaway this weekend. Yay.
