Perhaps following the passing into law of the Cheaper Medicines Act last month, I just received a text from the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) today informing me about a 50 percent discount every GSIS member can avail when buying Pfizer medicines, simply by presenting our GSIS eCard.

Quoted here is the exact text from GSIS:

"Good news! Enjoy up to 50% off on Pfizer meds by simply presenting ur eCard & Pfizer prescription at any of Pfizer's 1,800 participating drugstores nationwide."

This is good news, isn't it? As I heard, the prices of several medicines have considerably gone low the past weeks and if GSIS members could further cut it by half, the better for us. If you will be able to try or avail of this "privilege," lemme know. So that we can find out if this is really true or just a product of some government institution's imagination. :)
