I met up with a friend the other day. We had dinner at this fancy restaurant in Mall of Asia that serves seafood. We caught up on each other's life and had quite a few laughs over desserts. And then suddenly, she brought up her weight issues to me. This friend of mine started gaining weight after giving birth to her first child. She said she had exhausted every resource possible just to regain her to die-for figure, which she thinks was one of the reasons why her husband fell for her in the first place.
While I was listening intently to every word she said, she suddenly noticed that I lost considerable amount of weight since the last time we saw each other. She then started bombarding me with questions on how I did it. I said I just followed a strict diet and did some exercise. She didn't believe me. She said maybe I took some weight loss pills. That left me thinking.
In this age of yoga and organic farming, the search for the best weight loss pills continues. Almost everyday we hear people, especially women, talk about weight loss pills. Before buying one, make sure to consult your doctor. Some weight loss pills have side effects that could increase your health risks. Be very careful when taking weight loss pills, especially if you don’t know the reputation of the dealer. Yes, this applies to both online and offline transactions. You know you don’t want to harm your body with some weight loss pills that are cheap but ineffective.
