UPDATE: My Firefox was reinstalled and is now up and running. Thanks Edwin for the help. :)
I’ve been using Firefox as web browser since 2006. It was introduced to me by Edwin. I find Firefox fast and very convenient to use. For me, it’s way better than Internet Explorer. The pages load easily and I don’t remember a time that it has gotten me into serious trouble. Not until last night.
After I got home from my part-time work, I decided to bond with Hardy and surf the net. And so, I immediately grabbed the Bayantel landline, inserted the cable and initiated a connection. When the connection was established, I clicked on the Firefox browser and it didn’t open. Instead, there was a message flashed on the screen informing me that there had been a serious error and as a result, Firefox crashed. What the…???
I questioned my brother as to what has happened. He said he didn’t know. I was about to ask my sister but when I turned around to her side, she was sleeping already. I didn’t bother to wake her up. I just tried to figure out what has caused the crash and thought of a possible solution.
I started with deleting the Firefox icon on the desktop and the Firefox installer in the program files. After that, I tried to reinstall it but the same message popped out. My efforts failed.
Now I need serious technical help. A while ago, Edwin has promised to fix the problem tonight. I hope to reunite with my Firefox soon.
Have you encountered this kind of problem before? If yes, what did you do?
