I can't totally say that I am techie but these days, I've been very much interested in anything that breathes technology. That's why when Edwin relayed to me that there will be an event dedicated to techie and gadget-lover folks in the Philippines, my curiousity piqued.
Apparently, he was talking about the Consumer Electronics Live! Manila 2008 which is slated on October 24-26, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia in Pasay City. He read about it from the August 2008 issue of T3 Magazine. He said that this is the Philippine's version of the International Consumer Electroncis Show (CES) held annually in the United States.
I did not hesitate when he invited me to go to the event which promises to feature cutting edge technology from around the world, from the latest mobile phones to the hottest software and computer equipment. I think I can relate better this time given my recent exposure with techie stuff. Lol. I must admit, technology is fast becoming a critical part of my life, not only as a blogger but also as a person living in a technology-driven world.
When I googled CEL Manila 2008, all I found was this blog from ElectronicPulp.net and a show schedule at GlobalTradePhilippines.com. I guess information about the event is still scarce but soon I am certain there will be more. So let's watch out for that. :)
