In the Philippines, the month of June is synonymous to school opening, nutrition programs and weddings. I can very well relate to them. My three siblings have gone back to school, I have renewed my pledge to live a healthier life through good nutrition and I got invited to two weddings recently.Among the many things that can be associated with the month of June, weddings require the biggest budget and the longest preparations. Thanks to wedding planners and event organizers, wedding receptions have become a less complicated endeavor. These days, all a couple needs to do is employ the services of an efficient team to ensure that their big day would be flawless.
I wonder how much time, effort and resources are needed to make for a dignified wedding. All I know is that I am not ready for it. Yet. I've attended several weddings last year and it seems I'm in for more this year:
1. my friend's wedding (upcoming)
2. my cousin's wedding (upcoming)
3. another friend's wedding in September
Well, I guess it's time to check my wardrobe.
