He just wanted to have fun roaming around some parts of the Philippine archipelago. With his deathly winds whose speed was capable of tossing and playing with anything around, he made his way to the sleeping cities and municipalities.
While traveling and marveling at the sights that were quite familiar to him, he made sure to frolick in the different bodies of water that he passed by. He bumped into a passenger ship and a fishing vessel and said hello. The two waved and smiled to the stranger, little did they know that particular journey would be their last.
After spending several hours of sheer pleasure wandering around, he decided to leave. With his departure, he claimed lives. He also left properties destroyed and faces in grief. He got what he wanted. He was happy and satisfied.
His name was Frank, the devastating typhoon that hit several provinces of the Philippines at around 5:00 am yesterday, 22 June 2008.
