There's this new lotion I got in the mail a few days ago that claims to repair not just one but a total of eight (8) signs of dry skin namely: dry, red, rough, tight, flaky, dull, itchy and peeling. Wow, that was a lot, huh! Can you guess which brand this lotion represents?



Since I saw and held the bottle in the flesh, I knew the answer already. But I am not telling. So yeah, better make a wild guess. One thing is sure, though. It's from one of the world's leading skin care brand. :)

I'm a low-maintenance girl. I can survive a week without going to the salon. I just have a very simple skin care regimen. I only wear make-up on occasions or when I feel I need some beautifying in the office. I only put on lotion when I'm wearing skirts (to keep my legs moisturized) or when my skin is too dry to handle.

I also don't wear expensive fragrances, I just use a body mist to smell good. I had wanted to buy Clinique Happy but I received some perfumes from my girl friends last Christmas so I wasn't able to push thru with the purchase. Maybe some other time. I better make use of my new perfumes first to show my girl friends I appreciate their gifts.

Sometimes I surf the web for health and beauty resources to know the latest innovations. I plan to get a hair cut soon, or maybe a hair rebond. Getting updated on hair trends is a must if I want my hair to look nice and my overall look quite presentable.

As I’ve said over and again, I’m a low-maintenance girl. I only have a simple beauty ritual that I must admit I haven’t been doing religiously lately. But it’s okay, it’s Christmas time here in Manila and just like everyone else, I’m busier than usual buying presents for the people that matter to me. That means less time devoted to taking care of my skin and to other forms of pampering.

In my daily quest to keep my youth, err, look decent, I’m always on the lookout for new beauty products that suit my skin. I have quite sensitive skin which makes choosing the right beauty products quite a pain in the ass. Aside from that, my skin has certain impurities that needed immediate attention. Otherwise, I run the risk of looking way older than my real age.

Only a few know this, but now it’s an open secret --- I’m a sucker for clear skin. No, not white skin because I'm confident with my morena complexion. Perhaps, my fascination for clear skin is due to the fact that I’m not gifted when it comes to that department. I have blemishes on my face. My skin tone is uneven and my skin is peppered with moles. Okay, not peppered but I have quite a lot. I’m actually looking at the possibility of mole removal to get rid of them after visiting a beauty site that offers such kinds of treatments. They have very reasonable pricing and the laser technology they use sound safe and effective to me.
