There hasn't been much work in the office the past days and so I've been left with more free time than usual. At times like this, I try to be productive by looking for freelance work online and checking out paid advertising networks every now and then in the hope that they have opportunities/offers I could take. However, more often than not, I don't get lucky.
Has anyone here ever tried oDesk? If yes, how's it for you? Any tips to get jobs fast from there? I just re-opened my oDesk account the other day (after months of hiatus) and since I have a lot of free time in my hands at present, I figured I should try signing up for some freelance work. And I did. I'm waiting for feedback from employers now.
The last thing I want to happen to myself is to be moneyless and so I'm trying to be as productive as I possibly can these days. It doesn't help that our days in the office are numbered.Oh God please help this poor soul get work. Work paid in US dollars is fine with me. :)
