Jodie got back to Negros only yesterday but we miss her already! She's a smart, fun and adorable girl. We had a great time with her around. To make her appreciate the city, we took her to the malls (including the popular two shopping meccas called Quiapo and Divisoria) and on our final night out, Mall of Asia. It was her first time there and she was ecstatic. We would have taken her to some museums and parks, but we lacked time and we'd usually decide based on majority votes (you get the point). Last Sunday, we heard mass together before going to PUP for her entrance exam. Then I let her take some rest for her trip the next day.

While Jodie was here, we had late night chats whose topics went from mundane to metaphysical stuff. We'd tease each other and laugh together. Her extended vacation due to her re-scheduled PUPCET really had its own advantages. I no longer have bitter feelings about it.
The next time we'll see her again, and this time for good along with our mom, is after her high school graduation (March or April). We can't wait. :)
