My little sister Jodie flew in from Negros last Thursday night to take an entrance exam at PUP. It was supposedly today but due to some stroke of bad luck, she got re-scheduled on February 7. Apparently, slots easily got filled up and PUP Admission Office gave them to the early birds (i.e. those who claimed their test permit within schedule). I was told differently when I called up their office. I was also under the impression that paying early would suffice. I reasoned out and requested for reconsideration but it was not granted. How could they be so inconsiderate? My sister was left with no choice but to change her travel itinerary.

I had to rebook her flight online and call her adviser to extend her leave from school. Good thing everything got fixed in a jiffy. I loved Cebu Pacific for its online efficiency and her adviser for being so understanding.

My family looked at the brighter side of things. Having Jodie for more than a week isn't a bad thing after all. We'll have more time to bond and catch up on each other's life. Oh how we missed her! Somehow, I feel grateful to PUP Admission Office for the change of schedule.

Jodie is in town until February 8. We plan to show her around the city next week. Happy days ahead! :)

It's nice to be with your kid sister to catch up on your bonding moments. That she was not able to enroll at PUP is quite sad. probably, God has other plans for her. Being with your loved ones is indeed a great experience when you are in the big city away from your home province. Thanks for the post. God bless you always.

Hello there!

I hope your sister will be able to pass the exams. After that, she may need some guidance against unscrupulous people loitering the back streets of PUP. Just tell her to be careful always.

BTW, thanks for the visit on my site and more power to this wonderful blog of yours!
