Our house in Naic will soon be turned over to me and I can’t wait to see it and do a full inspection. I plan to check everything, from the ceiling and walls to the kitchen and water pipes. This is a standard procedure between developers and home owners so I am taking it seriously. I just hope the developer is telling the truth that the turn-over will be this month. I carved their words in stone.
To be honest, I am excited and a little bit pressured. I know I have to save up for house improvements. I know I cannot afford to get one of those home security systems just yet but that cannot stop me from doing what I have to do. First off, I have to furnish the house with the basic appliances and stuff. I also have to make sure the utilities (power, water, telephone, etc.) get installed immediately. Home security will have to wait.
