I'm shallow when it comes to happiness. I'm never hard to please. I smile and laugh easily. I laugh at corny jokes. I laugh even at bad ones, but only when they are thrown by people close to me. I try to find joy in simple things. I try to live a happy and full life. I think we all should.
Below are the things that make this breadwinner happy at present:
1. a cup of hot chocolate
2. a new movie download
3. a pack of Oishi's Marty's Cracklin' (the big one, please!)
4. touring guests at La Cocina
5. writing paid reviews
6. looking at my Google Adsense earnings, waiting for them to reach the minimum payout of $100 USD (yipee!)
7. a new necklace (wise)
8. a new cocktail ring
9. a cup of ice cream from Dairy Queen
10. Krispy Kreme donuts
11. Wendy's chili rice
12. a plate of pesto pasta
13. checking my mailbox
14. a new pair of shoes
15.a new phone
16. looking at my savings account
17. checking the improvements on my braced teeth (I'm wearing cheap braces)
18. receiving texts from my mom, no matter how many they are (she sends texts fast!)
19. seeing my siblings fighting over as to who gets to use the laptop
20. internet connection at home, no matter how bad it is at times
21. riding on Edwin's motorcycle (he's a very careful driver)
22. updating my blogs
23. keeping in touch with old friends at Facebook
24. paying bills online
25. eating hot rice and cold viand
26. rainshowers....never typhoons
27. getting to attend the flag raising ceremony every Monday (it means I'm not tardy!)
The list can go on and on...
