Remember the Fit 'n Right event I've posted this week? A lot of commenters asked for a Fast Intense Training (FIT) workout video tutorial as they would like to try it and see for themselves if it's effective or not. And so, I tried searching for one. Lucky me, I saw this video taken by Dani during the actual demo of Coach Jim Saret at the event. I asked her if I could share it here and she agreed. So here it is:
Actually, according to Coach Saret, you can use other exercises for this workout so long as you'll do it fast. For this particular demo, he made the guy perform the following exercises:
1. body weight lifting
2. squats
3. lunges
4. push-ups
5. sit-ups
6. crunches (front and sides)
