Living in a condo is different from living in a posh subdivision in the metro or in a village in the suburbs. It means you as a tenant live in the same building with the other tenants. You share almost everything, from the lobby and the hallway to the parking spaces and the mail boxes. You also get a share of the combined noise coming from all the units. While this isn't an ideal setup for others, many are considering living in a condo to adapt to the complexities of modern life.

My college friend has been enjoying condo living for two years now. So far, she said she has no regrets about her decision to move out of her parent's house and into her own condo unit. She's not that affected by the noise of her co-tenants nor the always heavily-crowded lobby. Her only wish is that their condo gets a new mailbox soon. The one they're using now is already dilapidated and most boxes have dysfunctional keyholes.

Mailboxes are a must in every condo. They make the life of people living in condos easier and more organized. The work-related documents and billing statements they need to receive on a regular basis go straight to their mailboxes. Given that, the importance of quality mailboxes cannot be understated. And the more reason they should be in perfect condition all the time.
